To obtain a second passport through Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program, applicants can either choose to contribute to the country’s economy, or to invest in real estate projects designated by the government.
It is the only Caribbean citizenship by investment program that holds an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the USA, which qualifies its citizens for a non-immigrant visa.

Investment Options
To obtain citizenship in Grenada, you can choose one of the two options:
1. A non refundable contribution to the government National Transformation Fund (NTF) starting from $150,000.
2. Investing $220,000 in real estate pre-approved by the government, and get $82,000 refund later.
