MR. PRADEEP KSHATRIYA

Mr. Pradeep Kshatriya, was a Group CEO, with Venus Group of Companies & continues to be an Advisor to them (Venus group is into Real estate and has projects around 3000CR in Ahmedabad and Baroda).

He has a Senior Management Experience Spanning over 20 years…, and post his Masters in Engineering, he had a successful stint at IAS & IIM.

Earlier to this, as a Director (Marketing, Sales and BD-India) with Pacifica Group of Companies, He was responsible for the entire marketing, business development, MIS at all Country level. He has been responsible for setting and achieving Branches, different Verticals & overall targets, and having looked into the functioning of Vertical Heads and their teams.

He brings to the table a tremendous connect across various industry verticals, in various countries at a very Senior Management level.

He has an excellent connectivity with South Asia Pacific Countries through Established Network of BEQ&BN Associates.

Mr. Anurag Nagar , a passionate Business professional with almost 2 decades of Real Estate experience (Companies : Godrej Properties, Tata Housing, Pacifica Companies are few known names.) He is a seasoned management graduate who has been engaged with mid & senior level positions in Real Estate companies.

His last assignment was a National Sales Head and continues to be a principal partner with an Australian based Business Migration & Advisory firm where he facilitated 1.5 Billion AUD investment of HNI/UHNI Indian Business owners through Business Migration in different states in Australia.

His core competencies are Large Transactions, People Management, Strategic Partnership & Alliance, Life cycle business planning, Brand Entry Strategy.

MR. ANKIT CHAKRAVARTY

Mr. Ankit Chakravarty’s career has led him to specialize increasingly in the management of complex projects and their staffs at international levels. His own cosmopolitan background and multi-cultural adaptability, together with his ability to connect with people helped him to grow a good business network.

He has worked in the listed MNCs in India (IBM, iGATE Patni and Barclays), specialized in Channel Partner Relationship and Sales through Channel Partners.

His work profile has given him chances to broaden his knowledge in Real Estate and Business/Investment Advisory and Immigration to countries like Australia, Canada & the U.K.
